Buying

All items have 18% buyers premium, PST and GST added to the winning bid price. There is a 3% discount for cash or debit.

All bidders must register and obtain a bidder number/paddle before bidding at the auction.  An auction catalogue is given at that time. 

To receive a bidder number/paddle a person must register at the office with a valid BC drivers license or similar government issued photo ID.

All items are to be paid in full by 12:00 noon the Friday following the auction.

Payment methods accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash, E-Transfer.

Items must be removed by 12:00 pm the day following the auction.

Once sold, items become the property of the purchaser and are left at his/her own risk. We are not responsible for items left in the building after being sold to the highest bidder.

There are no warranties or guarantees, stated or implied, on items sold at the auction. All items are sold "As is - Where is".
Viewing of items is particularly important so that the person is satisfied as to what he/she is buying. The preview is held the day of the auction.
All sales are final and returns are not accepted, including damaged or non-working merchandise.

All persons who enter Cotton Auctions and Appraisals do so at their own risk.
Cotton Auctions and Appraisals assumes no risk or liability for the safety of those entering the auction premises.
Minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
